Declaration of Individual, Indivisible, Unalienable Sovereignty

I, the undersigned, flesh and blood and spiritual being, declare by public notice and private conscience, the derivative power of the Most High, One and True Living Creator, the right to exercise indivisible, individual, unalienable sovereignty over my flesh and blood—my land—and my spirit – my estate.  This document is a testament of my will.   

 

For at least the last one hundred years, since the unlawful adoption and implementation of the Federal Reserve System, controlled by private interests, predominantly of an international scope—however, also enacted by domestic enablers and collaborators, whether witting or unwitting—our freedom has eroded incrementally and increasingly exponentially, particularly since September 11, 2001. 

We are coerced to give up one third of the fruit of our labor to international bankers through the Internal Revenue Service.  We have been numbered as chattel through the Social Security Administration.  We have been bonded and collateralized through the birth certificate.  We are given only color of title to our land; for, we are forced to pay exorbitant property taxes to local and state government or be evicted from our homes and our property.  We are forced to register private property and to pay for so-called privileges. 

We have been usurped by special interests, lobbyists, rogue-shadow-groups, black operations, the military-industrial-complex, and have been terrorized by deadly attacks like the siege at Waco, Texas, the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks on 9/11, among other tragic events.  

Our food supply has been tainted with genetically engineered organisms and chemically laced additives.  Our water supply has been poisoned with fluoride, chlorine, and heavy metals.  The sky is filled with barium and aluminum by aerosol spraying, and weather is being geo-engineered.  Farmers have been strong armed by government and corporations and put out of business. 

The courts have steadfastly ruled in favor of corrupt and out-of-control corporations over human rights.  The legislatures have been usurped by corporations to implement statutory conditions for unjust enrichment, including but not limited to, massive financial bailouts at the expense of the people. 

The executive branches of our states and of the District of Columbia have become mouth pieces for the military-industrial-complex, technocracy, the City of London, and the Holy See.

 The few and strong leaders who stood up for freedom and were active in restoring it have been sent to prison on trumped up charges, sabotaged, and assassinated, as was the case with John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Malcolm X. 

Our local municipalities and states have been federally zoned under the jurisdiction of the corporate District of Columbia.   Our freedom of expression, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and the right to bear arms have been decimated by the collusion of rogue factions both within government and the corporate sector.  Free elections have been stifled and strictly controlled with private corporations counting the votes for profit, using computer-based electronic voting machines, susceptible to clandestine hacking and manipulation. 

The media is complicit as it has become an oligarchy-controlled propaganda machine.  Our education, our medicine, and our science have been infiltrated and hi-jacked by other embedded and malicious forces.  Despite vast efforts by the people to restore our unalienable rights, the governments have not adequately or even remotely given the people redress to our continued grievances. 

Thus, I hereby am making this declaration to let it be known across the land and the world; we will no longer rest until freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, the protection of private property, and justice are restored to their rightful place.   Unconditionally, no government, nor corporation, nor other third-party entity or interloper, has the right or authority to lay claim to, or place a lien on, my biological property, personal, private property, nor my intangible property— abstract, intellectual, and spiritual – absent consent, clear intent, and full disclosure of all facts in accordance with law, due process, diligence, remedy, and redress.  

I am the absolute master and hold dominion over, including, but not limited to, my land, and my estate, through the faculties of my being, bestowed upon me by the Most High, One and True Living Creator.  These self-evident truths are irrevocable by the means of men in their machinations.    I am free and unbounded to the snares laid in construction of deceit by means of color of law.

 I am at liberty to live life unencumbered by interference through schemes of obfuscating legalese and unjust constructs to enrich and empower any class or group of individuals above another.   I am not compelled to pay, contract, or offer collateral to certain groups or classes of individuals, public or private, to retain my unalienable rights to life, liberty, happiness, property, and freedom.  So as long as my actions do not abridge or hinder the rights of others, I am at liberty to exercise these non-transferrable rights at will.  

Under protest and duress, I have complied with de facto governments, corporations, and creditors, only to avoid unjust fines and punishment.  Solely by coercion and by veiled threats of assault, revocation of so-called privileges, and/or imprisonment, have I conditionally accepted living as a subject to current de facto systems of debt slavery and corporate fiefdoms.  

Through due diligence, truth-seeking, and apocalypse—divine revelation—I have exposed the seeds sown that are reaping the destruction, of not only my unalienable rights, but the unalienable rights of the people en masse; the people of my family, my friends, of my town, of my state, of my country, and of my planet.  It is my duty and obligation to uphold my will and testament to freedom and liberty through the powers endowed to me by the Most High, One and True Living Creator.  I am liable to watch and to sound the trumpet in warning to the people of such gross violations.  

This documented declaration hereto discloses and enforces by the authority of the Most High, that I, a flesh and blood and spiritual being, was born free and sovereign, not as an underling, minion, or subject to a class of self-appointed masters through the use of black magic, trickery, fraud, deception, and unjust enrichment.  

I declare the non-transferrable right to indivisible, individual, unalienable sovereignty.  No de facto government, corporation, entity, organization, individual or group of individuals, can strip me of this, coerce my allegiance, or threaten my land, my estate, my testament, or my will, without debasing and stripping themselves of their own freedom and sovereignty.  Thus, any individual or body infringing upon my sovereignty, including but not limited to my flesh and blood and my spirit, constitutes a violation, and will be liable and obligated in pursuit of full restitution.
