You can imagine, and there are probably written records of, Andrew Jackson and other Euro-American leaders of earlier times speaking similarly of Native Americans and also those in the states taken from Mexico after we invaded. They were expelled, too, I make this point to people when they assail the "illegal" immigrants Bush and Co. encourage to come back over.
What is interesting is the way that Ben-Gurion in a detached way seems to understand the Palestinians opposition and desire to keep their land, while ruthlessly carrying out the Zionist mandate. There may have been Nazis who operated the same way.
