BACKGROUND ON VIDEO The story behind how I came into posession of this video is as follows: In the days after the 9/11 incident, I was working as a technical support phone rep for a software company in California. I was contacted by a man with support questions for one of our products and he indicated his address was in New York, New York. I asked him about his personal experience during the attacks and he told me that his apartment was actually right across the street from the World Trade Center buildings.
