“There’s gold in them thar hills!” Lawyers need to get off their butts, and realize what a financial bonanza the Climategate criminal scam represents. The possibilities for financial remuneration are mind boggling.

For patriotic conservative lawyers, this should be a “no brainer.” But even ambulance chasing weasels, who care about nothing but money, should be clamoring to get on the bandwagon.

The possibilities for them to make money out of Climategate, are almost endless—as is the amount of money the public has been defrauded of, and continues to be robbed of.

Co-founder of The Weather Channel, John Coleman, had the right idea last year, when he suggested suing Al Gore for making fraudulent claims. But the proof to back up such a suit, was obscure and scattered. Such is no longer the case.

The leaked documents from the East Anglian CRU (Climatic Research Unit ) have proved beyond the shadow of a doubt, that the “global warming” scam was perpetrated with criminal intent to defraud the public of massive amounts of money, advance an ideological agenda, and make the criminals involved, quite wealthy. All at our expense.

Idiots, crooks, and criminals

There are only around two dozen individuals directly involved in the criminal fraud committed by the climatology “scientists.” These people, or as Lord Monckton calls them—idiots, crooks, and criminals—should be tried in an international court, for crimes against humanity.

These people are already responsible for the deaths of millions of people, world-wide.

The Left has always been enamored with population control, whether it be the slow, deliberate genocide of Margaret Sanger’s Planned Parenthood, or the starving of millions, by turning America’s “breadbasket” into an “eco-friendly” wilderness.

I strongly urge you to watch the interview that Alex Jones had with Lord Monckton on November 27, in order to understand just how evil, and amoral, these individuals are.

Aside from the duplicitous “scientists,” there are also those who, like Al Gore, have swindled the world through the use of lies, misleading statements, and scientific falsifications.

Their insistent, loud, hysteric calls for CO2 reduction—or else—have resulted in the implementation of laws that have bilked taxpayers, corporations, and entire countries, out of billions of dollars.

There is money to be made in bringing these individuals to justice. Lawyers who undertake to right these wrongs, not only stand to make a lot of money, but they will also have the extra cache of being on the side of the underdog, the oppressed, the mistreated and fleeced.

“We the people” are the underdog, the oppressed, the mistreated and fleeced. It is time to demand our “pound of flesh” from these tyrants hiding behind the mask of environmentalism.

CO2 is not a danger, and it never has been. All this “toxic greenhouse gas” nonsense is a load of rubbish.

Scientists are familiar with the “Cambrian Explosion”—a period in the earth’s distant past when, in a relatively brief period of time, new forms of life burst into being around the globe. During the “Cambrian Explosion,” CO2 levels were approximately 20 times higher than they are today.

That hardly qualifies CO2 as some sort of life threatening toxin—or a “man made” toxic gas, for that matter.

At periods in the earth’s past, CO2 levels have been up to 10,000 times higher than they are today! I’m not saying that such extreme levels are healthy. I’m just pointing out that the auto industry, for example, most assuredly had nothing to do with the extreme levels of CO2, millions of years ago. When Mother Nature feels like it, she can leave one huge carbon footprint.

Renowned geologist, Leighton Steward, points out that US Navy submarines don’t consider CO2 levels to be dangerous until the atmosphere reaches a level of 8,000 parts per million of CO2. The atmosphere on earth, currently contains about 338 parts per million of CO2. That’s a looong way from being alarming.

So why are all the Chicken Littles running around screaming about an imminent, catastrophe, and horrific consequences unless we stop CO2 emissions NOW, RIGHT NOW, OH PLEASE GOD STOP IT NOW, BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!

Well, because they know that the public is starting to wise up to the con. They know that if they don’t push through legislation now, while many people are still befuddled by the ruse, and the media is still largely in their pocket—then they will have lost their “window of opportunity.”

An opportunity for what? An opportunity to destroy America as a threat to one world government. An opportunity to force humanity to do the bidding of a Global Elite, at the helm of a repressive planetary regime.

An opportunity that these narcissistic, arrogant, greedy misanthropes don’t intend to let slip by.

So it’s time for conservative, patriotic lawyers to step up to the plate. Now is the time—we may not get another chance. As Lord Monckton recently said, “we are in the last few seconds before freedom dies.”

Lord Monckton, a former science advisor to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, has been fighting the good fight against global warming’s “financial fraud, and international racketeering,” for a number of years. He knows what he’s talking about.

Israel’s Open Secret

In July 1956, President Gamal Abdel Nasser of Egypt nationalised the Suez Canal. This was a major event in world politics—and history. It led to a fateful nuclear collaboration between France and Israel.

Anthony Eden’s government in Britain and Guy Mollet’s government in France saw the nationalisation of the canal as a huge blow to their prestige and interests. They decided to invade Egypt, overthrow Nasser, seize the canal and hand it back to the Suez Canal Company, in which they were major shareholders. Most British and French citizens opposed this policy. They did not want their sons to risk their lives in a war for a colonial empire in which they no longer believed. After the Second World War, the era of empires and colonies was over. The people of the colonies had the information, and ability, to become free, and struggles for national liberation started in every colony of Britain, France, Portugal, Holland, and Belgium.

The United States, too, opposed an invasion of Egypt. It wanted Egypt to join the Baghdad Pact directed against the Soviet Union. But Moscow provided arms and political support to many liberation struggles against colonial powers. It financed and helped build the high dam in Aswan in southern Egypt. Nasser didn’t want to antagonise Moscow. He refused to join the Baghdad Pact.

The United States wanted to change his policy by economic pressure, not by force. So Eden and Mollet decided to disguise their war as a “peace-keeping operation”.

They agreed with David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s prime minister, that Israel would invade Egypt, seize the Sinai Peninsula and approach the Suez Canal from the east. Then Britain and France would issue an ultimatum to both Israel and Egypt to withdraw ten miles from either side of the canal to “ensure freedom of passage in the canal to ships of all nations”. They knew Nasser could not accept this ultimatum while Egypt was under invasion, but Ben-Gurion would accept it, as it invited him to annex the Sinai.

Ben-Gurion flew to Paris on 22 October 1956 and signed this secret pact with Eden and Mollet. In Israel he denied he had done so, and kept denying it until his death in 1973. Shimon Peres, too, persistently denied the existence of the pact, only admitting it thirty years later, in 1986.

Israel, itself a product of British imperial politics in the Middle East during the First World War, always depended on the political, financial, and military support of foreign powers dominating the region. The presence of the British army in the Middle East enhanced Israel’s security. Ben-Gurion opposed the departure of the British from Egypt, Iraq, Cyprus, and Jordan, and of the French from Algeria and Tunisia. The Israeli secret service used contacts with Jewish communities in north Africa to help the French in their war against the liberation movements in Algeria and Tunisia.

Quid pro Quo

Most Israeli citizens did not know about these clandestine operations and would have opposed them had they known. Ben-Gurion was aware of this and therefore withheld the truth from them. In 1956, most Israelis opposed collaboration with the colonial powers. So Ben-Gurion sent Shimon Peres—who was not a member of the cabinet or of the Knesset—as his personal messenger to France to bypass both bodies and the press. One of the bonuses France offered Israel for its collusion on Suez was the construction of a nuclear reactor in Israel capable of producing plutonium for nuclear bombs.

Ben-Gurion was afraid the majority in the Knesset and in his cabinet would oppose his decision to invade Egypt, and likewise his decision to produce nuclear weapons in Israel. He kept both decisions secret. Peres never informed the cabinet or the Knesset about his negotiations in Paris. He commuted between Paris and Jerusalem to negotiate the military agreement between Ben-Gurion, Mollet and Eden, and reported only to Ben-Gurion.

On 29 October 1956, Israeli paratroopers commanded by Ariel Sharon landed in the Sinai. Israel seized the peninsula as planned and reached the Suez Canal. Eden and Mollet issued their ultimatum and their troops invaded the Suez Canal zone. It seemed as if the plan was going to succeed. But President Dwight Eisenhower of the United States was outraged and forced Israel, Britain, and France to withdraw from Egypt. The war ended in a fiasco. Britain and France ceased to be counted among the four great powers. The era of the two superpowers—the United States and the Soviet Union—had begun.

Eden and Mollet had to resign but Ben-Gurion stayed in power, presenting his war to the Israelis as a “preventive war” that prevented an Egyptian attack on Israel. Actually, Nasser had offered Ben-Gurion peace rather than war. He did this in a public statement at the Bandung Conference in 1955.

Despite being forced by the United States to withdraw from the Sinai (and from the Gaza Strip), Ben-Gurion (and Peres) considered the (French-assisted) construction of the nuclear reactor in Dimona to be a major achievement, well worth the losses of the Suez war. They did not say this to the families of the soldiers killed in the campaign.


Israel’s Prime Mover

The decision to build nuclear weapons in Israel was never discussed or debated in the Knesset, in the cabinet, in the army, in the press, or in the security services. The decision was taken by one man alone—Ben-Gurion. In 1956, the Israeli population stood at about 1.5 million. The surrounding Arab states had many millions of citizens, their armies were much bigger than Israel’s, and they had plenty of Soviet weapons. Ben-Gurion feared that a combined attack by Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Jordan could destroy Israel. He decided to build atomic bombs as an insurance against such a possibility.

In 1956, France agreed to sell Israel a nuclear reactor of the type it had just installed at Marcoule, near Avignon. Built in 1952, the G1 reactor in Marcoule was France’s first plutonium-production reactor. It used natural uranium, was graphite moderated, and gas-cooling. Its first plutonium-separation plant was known as UP1. Two reactors were built, one in Marcoule, the other in Dimona, Israel. The Israeli reactor began to produce plutonium in the early 1960s. The French G1 reactor was dismantled after forty years of service. The one in Israel has continued to work for the past fifty years and has become a health hazard, causing many deaths by cancer to its workers. So far, the Israeli government has refused to compensate them.

Ben-Gurion knew that the United States was opposed to nuclear proliferation, and mindful of Israel’s dependence on US support he denied that Israel was producing nuclear weapons. Israel’s official policy is neither to deny nor to admit that it has—and builds—nuclear weapons. This policy of “ambiguity” (amimut) is presented in Israel as profound wisdom. Actually, it fools no one. Its only purpose is not to embarrass the United States, where in 1961 Senator Stuart Symington introduced an amendment forbidding the United States to provide aid to countries that produce clandestine nuclear weapons. This policy was never applied to Israel.

Of course, the United States knows very well what Israel’s nuclear capabilities are. But an open admission by Israel that it has nuclear weapons would embarrass the United States and expose the duplicity of its nuclear non-proliferation policy. In fact, as early as the 1960s, the U2 spy planes of the CIA photographed the Dimona reactor as it was being built, and President Eisenhower knew about it in 1960. However, the United States did nothing to stop construction of the reactor, nor did it force Israel to accept international inspection of it. Israel has always refused to sign the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) or to allow any international inspection of its nuclear facilities, and continues to do so to this day.

Israel’s nuclear capability forced many Arab states to seek weapons of mass destruction—mostly biological and chemical ones—to counter the Israeli arsenal. Israel is thus responsible for starting an arms race for weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East.

Ben-Gurion did not consider the possibility that an Arab country might acquire nuclear weapons. He knew that neither the United States nor the Soviet Union would give such weapons to an Arab state. He did not believe the Arabs were capable of building nuclear weapons themselves. The collapse of the Soviet Union (raising the possibility that nuclear weapons might become available for money) and the production of nuclear weapons by Pakistan and conceivably Iran were eventualities he failed to foresee.

The Soviet collapse and the advent of the “Muslim bomb” changed the situation completely. Israel’s nuclear deterrent changed from an asset into a liability. Israel’s small size and high population density, especially in the urban areas of Tel Aviv and Haifa, mean that Israel can in effect be destroyed by just two H-bombs—one on each centre. The destruction of these two urban centres would amount to the destruction of Israel.

The Iranian Bogey

These cities are where most of Israel’s economy and population are concentrated, and after a nuclear attack they would be uninhabitable for years. Iran, with its vast mountainous territory, cannot be destroyed like this and is far less vulnerable. Even if Israel launched a second strike after being attacked it could not destroy Iran. Israel’s second-strike capability, recently achieved by acquiring two nuclear submarines from Germany, would not repair the damage caused to Israel by just two H-bombs, nor would it deter Iranian religious fanatics. It is therefore essential for Israel to change its nuclear policy from one of threatening Iran and continuing the nuclear arms race to one of seeking to make the entire Middle East a nuclear-free zone under international supervision. This policy-shift does not seem imminent.

A stark estimation of the magnitude of the Iranian nuclear threat has been given by Dr Yuval Steinitz, chairman of the Knesset foreign and defence committee, as reported in the Israeli daily Maariv: “Iran plans to set up fifty-four thousand centrifuges for enriching uranium. This means that it wants to become a nuclear world-power capable of producing twenty to thirty bombs per year, not two or three bombs that will make it a regional power.”1

There is a growing concern among Israelis about Iranian long-range missiles, which are capable of reaching Israel, and about Iran’s eventual ability to build nuclear weapons. These concerns were reflected in the political campaigning for Israel’s general elections in March 2006, with candidates proposing various nuclear policies to attract voters. The quotations that follow, culled from Maariv on just one day (5 December 2005), indicate the importance Iran’s nuclear capability has assumed in the Israeli political debate.

Thus, a month before being incapacitated by a stroke, Ariel Sharon, founder and leader of the new and ultimately victorious Kadima Party, warned that Israel would not accept a situation in which Iran has nuclear weapons. We act with Europe and the United States. The correct expression on this matter was [US president George W.] Bush’s statement in which he said that he did not think this matter can be left without treating its foundations. I hope the Security Council will soon decide to impose sanctions on Iran to stop the process.

But Israel’s chief of staff, Dan Halutz commented that the diplomatic efforts to stop the process would fail. He raised a second possibility, that of applying physical, or military, pressure against Iran: “Who will apply military options? This is not a question I shall answer. When will this option be applied? I shall not answer this either. But there are options.”

Likud leader Benjamin Netanyahu declared: “I intend to lead the next government to stop this [Iranian] threat. This includes all operations necessary to stop Iran from threatening us with nuclear weapons.”

Amir Peretz, the new leader of the Labour Party, said: “I hope the Israeli government will do whatever is required, ignoring foreign considerations.”

Minister of Defence Shaul Mofaz called the flurry of statements on the Iranian nuclear issue “irresponsible” and urged that it should not be part of the election campaign. His plea was in vain. Iran’s nuclear capability figured prominently in the electioneering, with most candidates seeking to demonstrate their toughness and “resolve” on the issue

Nuclear Hypocrisy

The crucial—and revealing—point is that no Israeli politician, journalist, or academic, has proposed the simple option of an Israeli policy of support for a nuclear-free Middle East under international control. This omission exposes Israel’s intransigence and the hypocrisy of the US stance on this issue. Why does the United States refuse to pressure Israel to sign the NPT and allow international inspection of its nuclear facilities?

The honesty of US nuclear policy in the Middle East is proportional to the pressure it puts on Israel to sign the NPT and support a nuclear-free Middle East. As long as the United States fails to apply any such pressure its policy cannot be accepted as honest.

A recently published US report (funded by the Pentagon) proposes that Israel change its nuclear policy. Its authors, Henry Sokolski and Patrick Clawson, say in their 314-page book that Israel should be encouraged

to initiate a Middle East nuclear restraint effort that would help isolate Iran as a regional producer of fissile materials. Israel should announce that it will unilaterally mothball (but not yet dismantle) Dimona, and place the reactor’s mothballing under IAEA monitoring.2

The authors make clear that they are not suggesting that Israel unilaterally renounce its nuclear weapons, merely that it take a first, reversible, step towards nuclear de-escalation, with a view to prompting similar moves by other Middle Eastern states. But Israeli officials dismissed the idea that Israel would lead a regional nuclear-disarmament process in response to a “nuclear-ready” Iran. Israel’s position, an official said, is that a nuclear-free Middle East could be achieved only through comprehensive regional peace treaties.

Witness of Conscience

In 1986, Israeli nuclear whistleblower Mordechai Vanunu provided technical proof to the London Sunday Times that Israel had some two hundred nuclear warheads. Today, the number is much higher.

Vanunu joined the so-called Nuclear Research Centre at Dimona in 1978 as a technician. At the time, he was a follower of the religio-nationalist, Rabbi Meir Kahane. Like every applicant for a job in Dimona, Vanunu was checked by the Israeli secret service. His support for Kahane was not seen as an obstacle to his being employed at the centre. After a few years, while still holding down his job at Dimona, Vanunu became a student of philosophy at Beersheba University. For a project for a master’s degree he chose the subject, “Moral Issues in the Nuclear Era”. His reading on this subject gradually convinced him that nuclear weapons are immoral since their main use is against civilian populations. They are weapons for destroying whole cities.

Vanunu also discovered that in Israel there had never been a public debate or a democratic decision to build nuclear weapons. That decision was the private choice of one man—David Ben-Gurion. Vanunu therefore decided to resign from his job in Dimona and protest in the Israeli press about the secret—and illegal—activity at the centre.

To prove his claim he took some photos of his workplace before leaving his job (he resigned in 1985). He soon realised that if he informed any Israeli newspaper he would be arrested. He therefore decided to leave Israel.

For a few months he travelled in Europe, passed through the Soviet Union, and finally reached Australia, where he converted to Christianity. He never approached any foreign embassy to offer the photos he had taken in Dimona. After a few months in Sidney, he was persuaded by a friend to offer them to the Sunday Times. He did so, and the newspaper invited him to London to check the reliability of his information. He was interviewed by nuclear specialists who scrutinised his photos and examined his account of the work carried out at Dimona. They concluded that Vanunu’s story was reliable and that Israel had produced some two hundred nuclear bombs.

Vanunu was not paid for this information. His aim was to warn the world and Israel’s citizens about the illegal production of nuclear weapons in Israel—illegal because it was never endorsed by any majority representing Israeli citizens. The Sunday Times published Vanunu’s account in October 1986 and the Israeli secret service began to hunt him down. It lured him to Italy, kidnapped him and took him to Israel. He was tried behind closed doors—no journalist was allowed into the courtroom—and was sentenced to eighteen years in prison.

In 2004, Vanunu was released after serving the full sentence (of which he spent eleven years in solitary confinement). He was forbidden to leave Israel or to talk to journalists.

The Vanunu trial was a travesty of justice, since Israel does not admit it has nuclear weapons. How can a government that does not admit it has nuclear weapons punish someone for revealing something whose existence it denies?

From a nationalistic perspective, Vanunu rendered Israel a service. As Israel’s nuclear weapons are supposedly needed to deter Israel’s enemies from destroying it, these enemies must be made aware that Israel has such weapons. For they will not be deterred without proof of Israeli possession. Whoever provides such proof does Israel a service. For this reason some observers in Israel, like general-turned-historian Meir Pail, insisted that Vanunu was an agent of the secret service and that it had organised his revelations. But the fact that Vanunu was sentenced to eighteen years in prison, and served the entire sentence (unlike criminals who get a remission of one-third of their term), raises questions about the treatment of secret service agents by their own government. To reward a man who rendered a service to his country by imposing upon him an eighteen-year prison term is unusual, to say the least.

An Ignoble Award

Those who really want to create a nuclear-free Middle East must apply international pressure, including economic sanctions, on all Middle East governments to accept international inspection of their nuclear research facilities. Economic, political, and public-relations pressures must be applied to every country that opposes such inspection. This is a minimal demand since “inspection” is not “disarmament”.

Israel has persistently and emphatically opposed any international inspection of its nuclear facilities. So far, no one has put any pressure on Israel to sign the NPT and declare its support for a nuclear-free Middle East, though such a declaration alone would still be a long way from dismantling nuclear weapons.

The latest egregious dereliction of duty in this regard was the awarding of the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize. This went to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and its head, Mohamed ElBaradei, for their “efforts to prevent nuclear energy from being used for military purposes and to ensure that nuclear energy for peaceful purposes is used in the safest possible way”.3

Why did the Norwegian Nobel Committee prefer ElBaradei to Mordechai Vanunu, who spent eighteen years in Israeli jails for informing the world’s press about Israel’s nuclear weapons? Awarding the Peace Prize to Vanunu would have been a bold step against nuclear proliferation. It seems that the Nobel Committee is afraid of antagonising the Israeli government—or of being branded anti-Semitic.

Yet what are the facts?

1. Israel was the first to introduce nuclear weapons into the Middle East and thus started the nuclear arms race in the region.

2. For forty years, Israel has refused to sign the NPT.

3. Israel refuses to allow IAEA inspection of its Dimona nuclear reactor.

Those who really want to stop the nuclear arms race in the Middle East must take active steps, such as economic sanctions, political pressure, the severing of diplomatic relations, etc., to compel Israel to sign the NPT and allow an IAEA inspection of Dimona. This would indicate to all other governments in the region that the efforts to make the Middle East a nuclear-free zone are not biased.

If Israel persists in its refusal to sign the NPT and allow inspection of its nuclear facilities, if it refuses to return to Norway the thirty tons of heavy water it was lent for nuclear research on condition that it was not used for the production of nuclear weapons, then the same measures the United States and the IAEA applied to Iraq must be applied to Israel.

What did ElBaradei do about Israeli nukes? Nothing. What did he say about Israel’s refusal to sign the NPT? Nothing. What did he say about Vanunu’s being jailed for eighteen years for informing the world about Israel’s nukes? Nothing.

ElBaradei visited Jerusalem and refused to meet Vanunu lest he antagonise the Israeli government. No wonder Israel congratulated ElBaradei and the IAEA on receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. The IAEA applied to Israel a very different policy from the one it applied to Iraq.

The IAEA tries to solicit co-operation on nuclear disarmament from a state that for forty years has refused to co-operate. Why continue with a policy has failed for forty years? Why reject applying any pressure to such a state to make it change its nuclear policy?

The United States, the IAEA, and the Nobel Committee know very well that Israel has nuclear weapons, keeps building them in Dimona, refuses to join the NPT, and prohibits IAEA inspection of Dimona. Yet the United States, the IAEA, and the Nobel Committee adamantly refuse take any step against Israel’s nuclear policy. This makes them accomplices in that policy. Israel persists in its refusal to sign the NPT, ElBaradei and the IAEA fail even to criticise this refusal—and yet they get the Nobel Peace Prize.

Albert Einstein, Bertrand Russell, Hans Bethe, Linus Pauling, and Niels Bohr—Nobel laureates all—would have denounced this as duplicity.

The Threat of Armageddon

The Middle East doomsday clock is ticking. Today, the danger of nuclear war in the Middle East is greater than ever before, though some seek to deny this. Dr Ephraim Kam, head of the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies at Tel Aviv University, argues that deterrence and the prospect of “mutually assured destruction” will prove as efficacious in the current Middle East as they were during the Cold War:

We must not forget that even when Iran does have nuclear weapons it will live under major constraints, mainly American deterrence. If Israel succeeds in making the United States declare that it will consider a nuclear attack on Israel tantamount to an attack on the United States this will improve the deterrence of Iran. But even without such a declaration, the Iranians know that by launching a nuclear attack on Israel they risk a US attack on them. They will also take into account an Israeli retaliation that will destroy Tehran. During the Cold War, mutual deterrence prevented war between the United States and the Soviet Union.4

But this is to ignore the profound differences between world politics and regional, Middle East, politics. Middle East politicians lack the sense of responsibility for humanity as a whole that weighed on Kennedy and Khrushchev during the Cuban missile crisis in 1962. The American and Soviet leaders knew that nuclear war between their countries was likely to result in a catastrophe of such magnitude as to imperil the survival of the human race.

Middle East leaders operate under no such burden of responsibility. They are motivated by considerations of honour, nationalism and religion, rather than by concern for all humanity

If outside pressure is not applied to all governments in the Middle East, a nuclear war in the region will be unavoidable. But its consequences will not be confined to the Middle East.

For those of us “skeptics” and “deniers” who have been jumping up and down, pointing at the Sun, and saying, “See, it’s the Sun that determines how warm or cool the Earth is. See it? Up there in the sky?” The truth about some of the scientists behind the global warming hoax has finally arrived.

The hoax has its roots in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an instrument of the United Nations Environmental Program, for whom global warming was the open sesame to achieving a one-world-government by scaring nations into signing a treaty that would control their use of energy, the means of producing it, and require vast billions to be sent to less developed nations in exchange for “emitting” greenhouse gases.

Energy is called “the master resource” because, if you have lots of it, you can call your own shots. If you don’t, you are condemned to live in the dark and keeping people in the dark about the global warming hoax was essential.

For years the IPCC has been controlled by a handful of the worst liars in the world, utterly devoted to taking actual climate data and twisting it to confirm the assertion that the Earth was not only warming dramatically, but that humanity was in peril of rising oceans, melting glaciers and polar ice caps, more hurricanes, the die-off of countless animal species, and every other calamity that could possibly be attributed to “global warming”, including acne.

So, around November 20, when some enterprising individual hacked into the computers of the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (CRU), making off with thousands of emails and documents that demonstrate the level of collusion and deception being practiced by its scientists.

It’s a climate hoax expose that some are calling the revelations a “little blue dress” while others are comparing it to the Pentagon Papers. It has also been dubbed “climategate.”

As James Delingpole wrote in the Telegraph, one of England’s leading newspapers, “Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organized resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more” was revealed in the 61 megabites of confidential files released on the Internet for anyone to read.

The conspirators had a visceral hatred for scientists who challenged their phony statistics and climate data, but they also agonized over the difficulties of hiding a long established climate cycle such as the Medieval Warm Period. At one point it was left out of a graph that famously became known as “the hockey stick” because it depicted a ludicrous sudden rise in warming, ignoring the previous natural cycle.

At the heart of the revelations were the intense efforts to ensure that no legitimate scientist, particularly those dissenting from the various IPCC reports, would be allowed to participate in the peer review process. Peer review is an essential element in science as it permits other scientists to examine and test the data being put forth to substantiate a new interpretation or discovery.

The IPCC reports were the basis by which popular media such as National Geographic, Time and Newsweek magazines could spread the lies about a dramatic “global warming”, passing them off to an unsuspecting and scientifically illiterate general public. At the same time, the lies were integrated them into school curriculums and maintained by Hollywood celebrities, politicians and others, duped or deliberately ignorant.

To this day, otherwise legitimate news media outlets continue to trumpet and repeat absolute nonsense about “global warming” like brain-dead parrots.

Now that Hadley CRU and its conspirators have been exposed, there truly is no need to hold a December UN climate change conference in Copenhagen; one in which nations would be required to put limits on “greenhouse gas emissions” even though such gases, primarily carbon dioxide, have nothing to do with altering the Earth’s climate.

And that is why you are going to hear more about “climate change” and far less about “global warming.” Hidden in such discussions, intended to justify legislation and regulation, is that the Earth’s climate has always and will always change.

It is, for example, shameful and deceitful for the EPA to claim carbon dioxide is a “pollutant” that should be regulated. The same applies to “cap-and-trade” legislation with the same purpose.

Billions of taxpayer dollars have been wasted on studies of global warming and poured into agencies such as NASA that have lent credence to the global warming hoax.

“The U.S. taxpayer has much exposure here in the joint projects and collaborations which operated in reliance upon what the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit was doing,” says Christopher C. Horner, a longtime global warming skeptic. “There are U.S. taxpayer-funded offices and individuals involved in the machinations addressed in the emails, and in the emails themselves.”

Horner, the author of “Red Hot Lies”, said that the initial revelations “give the appearance of a conspiracy to defraud, by parties working in taxpayer funded agencies collaborating on ways to misrepresent material on which an awful lot of taxpayer money rides.”

The climate, defined as long term trends, and the weather has nothing whatever to do with human activity and suggesting it does reveals the depth of contempt that people like Al Gore and his ilk have for humanity and those fleeced by purchasing “carbon credits” or paying more for electricity when their utility does.

The East Anglia CRU charlatans have been exposed. Most certainly, the United Nations IPCC should be disbanded in disgrace. It belongs in a museum of hoaxes right beside the Piltdown Man and the Loch Ness Monster.

The economic elite have launched an attack on the U.S. public and society is unraveling at an increased rate.

I: U.S. Societal Breakdown

You may have missed it in the mainstream news media, but statistical societal indicators are reading red across the board. Before exposing the root causes of this breakdown, let’s look at some vital statistics and facts:

* The inequality of wealth in the United States is soaring to an unprecedented level. The US already had the highest inequality of wealth in the industrialized world prior to the financial crisis. Since the crisis, which has hit the middle class and poor much harder than the top one percent, the gap between the top one percent and the remaining 99% of the US population has grown to a record high.

* As the stock market went over the 10,000 mark and just surged to a 13-month high, the three big banks that took taxpayer money and benefit the most from the government bailout have just set a new global economic record by issuing $30 billion in annual bonuses this year, “up 60 percent from last year.” Bloomberg reported: “Goldman Sachs, the most profitable securities firm in Wall Street history, had a record profit in the first nine months of this year and set aside $16.7 billion for compensation expenses.” Goldman Sachs is on pace for the best year in the firm’s history, they are also benefiting by only paying 1% in taxes.

* The profits of the economic elite are “now underwritten by taxpayers with $23.7 trillion worth of national wealth.”

As the looting is occurring at the top, the US middle class is just beginning to collapse.
* Workers between the age of 55 – 60, who have worked for 20 – 29 years, have lost an average of 25 percent off their 401k. During the same time period, the wealth of the 400 richest Americans went up by $30 billion, bringing their total combined wealth to $1.57 trillion.

* Home foreclosure filings “hit a record high in the third quarter [of 2009]… They were the worst three months of all time… 937,840 homes received a foreclosure letter” in this three month period. “3.4 million homes are expected to enter foreclosure by year’s end, with some experts estimating that next year will be even worse.”

President Obama has enacted a $75 billion taxpayer funded program that has been a spectacular failure in stemming the foreclosure crisis and has proven to be another massive waste of billions of taxpayer dollars.
* 25 Million people are unemployed or underemployed.

This means we have 25 million people who urgently need to increase their income, and they’re quickly running out of options. The unemployment rate is expected to rise further and remain high for several years. “The president’s chief economic adviser warned that the nation’s unemployment rate could stay ‘unacceptably high’ for years to come.”

The NY Times reports: “Americans now confront a job market that is bleaker than ever in the current recession, and employment prospects are still getting worse. Job seekers now outnumber openings six to one, the worst ratio since the government began tracking…” As this ratio continues to grow, it will lead to a further reduction in wages – average worker wages have seen a sharp decline over the past year.

Economist Nouriel Roubini, a man who accurately predicted our current crisis, just reported on unemployment stating: “Think the worst is over? Wrong. Conditions in the U.S. labor markets are awful and worsening…. So we can expect that job losses will continue until the end of 2010 at the earliest. In other words, if you are unemployed and looking for work and just waiting for the economy to turn the corner, you had better hunker down. All the economic numbers suggest this will take a while. The jobs just are not coming back.”

* As the few elite banks thrive, there have been 123 US bank failures thus far this year. Recently, three banks that the government declared “healthy” and gave taxpayer money to have folded. The Wall Street Journal reports: “U.S. regulators have seized or threatened at least 27 banks that got capital infusions from the Troubled Asset Relief Program, including some lenders government officials knew were troubled when they awarded the money. The troubles put taxpayers at risk of losing as much as $5.1 billion invested in the banks since TARP was launched in October 2008.”

* As bankruptcies surge across the board, 10 US states are on the verge of bankruptcy, with several ready to declare a financial state of emergency. California, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island and Wisconsin are all “barreling toward economic disaster, raising the likelihood of higher taxes, more government layoffs and deep cuts in services.”

This is occurring at a time when the “federal budget deficit for the fiscal year that just ended was $1.4 trillion, nearly a trillion dollars greater than the year before.” In total, “US public debt topped 12 trillion dollars for the first time in history… The public debt topped 10 trillion dollars in September 2008. The debt is quickly approaching the statutory limit of 12.104 trillion dollars, meaning Congress would have to raise the ceiling to prevent a shutdown of government operations.”

Economist Dean Baker explains the risk of running such a large deficit: “The debt limit must be increased at regular intervals in order to allow the government to function normally because the government is currently operating at a deficit. If the debt limit is not passed, then at some point the government will not be able to pay workers and contractors. It won’t be able to send out Social Security checks or make payments for Medicaid and unemployment insurance to state governments. And, it will not be able to make interest payments on government bonds, effectively defaulting on the national debt.”

Needless to say, all of this will make life drastically more difficult for citizens of the US. As the middle class continues on the path of economic decline, the number of citizens living in poverty has already hit an all time high.

* Although the government’s official figure tries to low-ball the number, 47.4 Million US citizens live in poverty, and the US poverty rate is the highest in the industrialized world.
Predictably, homelessness is rising at an increased rate as well. “The US government does not tally the numbers but interested organisations say that more than 3 million people were homeless at some point over the past year…. The fastest growing segment of the homeless population is families with children.”

Children have been hit especially hard by the economic crisis:
* 50% of US children, one out of every two children, will need to use food stamps to eat.
One out of every two children in the United States of America will need to use a food stamp… to EAT!

If you didn’t think starvation was a serious threat in the US, just read this new Washington Post report: “The nation’s economic crisis has catapulted the number of Americans who lack enough food to the highest level since the government has been keeping track, according to a new federal report, which shows that nearly 50 million people — including almost one child in four — struggled last year to get enough to eat… Several independent advocates and policy experts on hunger said that they had been bracing for the latest report to show deepening shortages, but that they were nevertheless astonished by how much the problem has worsened. ‘This is unthinkable. It’s like we are living in a Third World country,’ said Vicki Escarra, president of Feeding America.”

The United States Department of Agriculture released these findings in a study that was completed in December 2008, which means these numbers don’t take into account the millions more unemployed throughout 2009. The numbers of people living in poverty and struggling to eat has seen a significant increase since then.

This a national tragedy. But it gets much worse.

* In 2008, according to the Census Bureau, the number of US citizens without healthcare grew to a record 46.3 million. “The new figures, however, understate the severity of the economic downturn because a large portion of nation’s job losses and unemployment rate increases occurred after the Census survey data was collected in March as part of the annual Current Population Survey.”

* Lack of health Insurance has caused 45,000 preventable U.S. citizen deaths in the past year. The American Journal of Medicine recently released a study that stated “Nearly two out of three bankruptcies stem from medical bills, and even people with health insurance face financial disaster if they experience a serious illness.”

A Johns Hopkins Children’s Center study reported that 17,000 children have died due to lack of healthcare. You can also add in a recent report that revealed that 2,266 US Veterans have died in 2008 due to lack of insurance.

The 50 million now uninsured and the 45,000 preventable deaths per year statistics are expected to drastically rise over the next few years. As the Senate continues to strip meaningful amendments from a healthcare bill that wouldn’t even take effect until 2013, it has become clear that, despite the media hype, the healthcare bill is going to fall far short of meaningful reform and continue to rig the game in favor of large insurance company profits at the expense of the US population. With the highest cost healthcare in the world, current trends will continue and much needed change is not on the horizon.

Never before has the United States had so many citizens with so little means, little to no income and heavy debt. Debt and costs of living have now shackled US citizens just as it has shackled people throughout the world. The economic hit men have now hit the US as well and millions of US citizens are now effectively sentenced to a slow death.

Economic Imperial blowback has hit the mainland. And the clock is ticking louder by the day…

Here’s another fact for you:
* The gun and ammunition manufacturing industry in the United States has over 200 companies producing billions of dollars in annual revenues. This huge manufacturing base cannot fulfill demand quickly enough. The demand for guns and ammunition has hit a record high and the gun industry cannot produce enough bullets to keep up with orders.

American’s are arming themselves to the teeth!
* In the past year, 100 new armed militia groups have been formed, as militia members have doubled in numbers. Federal authorities are gravely concerned about the “uptick in militia activities.” One federal authority recently said, “All it’s lacking is a spark. I think it’s only a matter of time before you see threats and violence.”

So let’s breakdown these numbers.

You have a population of 50 million people who are in desperate need of money, they most likely have no health insurance and can’t afford to get healthcare or help of any kind. Part of this population probably also has loved ones who can’t get life sustaining medical treatments, or loved ones that have already died due to lack of costly medical treatment. The clock is ticking loud for these people and they are running out of options fast, and time delayed is time closer to death.

While the richest one percent have never had it so good, a significant percentage of the US population now has firsthand experience in this. Millions upon millions of Americans are poor, broke, struggling, starving, desperate… and armed.
We are sitting on a powder keg!

We are now witnessing the critical unraveling of US society.

II: Environmental Crisis

Add to this picture an environmental crisis the likes of which humanity has never faced.
Considering our current economy, what will happen when another extreme weather event like Hurricane Katrina hits a major US city? What will happen when storms, droughts and fires continue to spread with increasing intensity? How many have to die before even modest actions are taken to prevent environmental catastrophe?

Extreme weather events are pounding the globe, it is as if the environment has declared war on us as a species. Humanity has become a polluting cancer in the environmental system, and if we don’t urgently act to stop the bleeding, things are going to get drastically worse in a pace faster than anticipated. And this is not an opinion; it is happening now, there is plenty of empirical evidence that anyone can see before their own eyes, if they care to look.

US public opinion on the climate crisis has been distorted by the mainstream US media in stunning fashion. A recent Pew Research study revealed that only 36 percent of the US population thinks the climate crisis is a result of human activity.

Regardless of your beliefs, due to climate change, we are on the verge of experiencing major water shortages spreading “across the country. Sooner rather than later…” California has already been hit by extreme drought and water is in very short supply. As the Arctic continues to melt, California will continue to experience extreme drought. A new study revealed: “when Arctic sea ice disappears, the jet stream—high-altitude winds with a profound influence on climate—shifts north, moving precipitation away from California.” A recent “sweeping water-reform bill” in California temporarily eased public outcry, but the problem remains. The U.S. is confronted by a serious water crisis.

For a global example, there is currently an extreme drought in East Africa as well, which has 23 million people on the verge of dying from starvation. Due to the drought, crops have been killed in unprecedented fashion. Events of this nature are happening all over the globe.

Of the worldwide record one billion people going hungry, the leading cause is destroyed agriculture due to extreme weather.

As a significant percentage of humanity faces death due to climate change, we are in the midst of our planet’s sixth great extinction. Over 17,000 species are threatened with extinction, “more than one in five of all known mammals, over a quarter of reptiles and 70 percent of plants are under threat.”

For those of you unaware, the earth’s ecosystem is a very delicate balance. Being in the midst of the earth’s sixth great extinction is not a matter to be ignored.

The upcoming climate summit in Copenhagen was considered by leaders throughout the world to be the most critical environmental summit in the history of civilization. International headlines read:

“We only have months, not years, to save civilization from climate change.”
However, the United States and the head of the United Nations just announced that no legally binding treaties are expected to come out of the summit. This is devastating news!

The reason why no deal will be reached at the summit: the United States is refusing to take necessary action.

In a PR move to calm criticism in advance of the summit, the US and Japan announced a vague agreement to cut greenhouse gas emissions… in 2012. However, the “agreement on this ambitious reduction target could not be reached during the APEC summit, and so was dropped from the draft statement.”

It would be smart of the public relations department to at least get one photo op with Obama actually at the climate summit. Instead of being at the most important summit, perhaps in the history of civilization, it appears Obama will be blowing it off to give his speech on how it feels to win the Nobel Peace Prize… H E L L O.

We are living in an insane asylum.

The Goldman Sachs PR guy is out giving speeches on how cool it is to cast the illusion of peace and hope, while the earth burns.

III: The Obama Myth
I don’t mean to dismiss the Obama myth, his words, the change we need is real, its just his actions don’t even come close to measuring up. Just read the legal documents he has signed his name to. Read them. His actions are most often the opposite of what he says. I venture to say a 10 year old can recognize that after doing a school day’s worth of research.

Obama is a national tragedy. He is a symbol of the times. He is not a leader, just a symbol. He projects the change we need. He was our shortcut to correcting our diseased political system, a way to rid it of corruption. He symbolized the change millions so desperately need. People came out in the millions for the first time “hoping” if they could work and organize to put him in office, we would have some representation to defend against the economic elite that have put the overwhelming majority of US politicians on the payroll and brought humanity to a breaking point.

People just need to research how the Obama myth was hatched. Goldman Sachs saw Obama early on and said, “He’s our guy!” When Obama became THE MAN in Iowa, he was on the Goldman Sachs pay roll. Goldman financed the psychological operation that is the Obama myth, the Illusion of HOPE – something to keep a suffering nation pacified just a little bit longer. Obama is truly a national tragedy. His failure and inaction has disillusioned millions upon millions of desperate citizens who turned to him as their best chance for justice.

As further evidence of Obama’s duplicity — beyond repeatedly signing his name to documents covering up the Bush Adminstration’s highest crimes and increasing an already bloated military budget — in one of his very first moves as President he put Goldman Sachs’ criminal mastermind Tim Geitner in charge of the treasury.

A new report from the TARP Inspector General further exposes Tim Geithner’s role “in overpayments that put billions of extra tax dollars in the coffers of major Wall Street firms, most notably Goldman Sachs.”
Which brings us to the ultimate theft of wealth in history, and to the root cause of our current crisis.

IV: Economic Coup – Theft of Trillions

URGENT NATIONAL EMERGENCY: TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PUBLIC WEALTH HAS BEEN STOLEN

This crime makes Bernie Madoff’s look like an elementary school lunch money stickup. No, I’m not talking about the hundreds of billions in the housing crisis scam cooked up by JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs that left millions homeless and investors suckered the world over, or even the $2.75 trillion oil futures market scam that has siphoned 50% of all our spending on gas and fuel.
These huge scams are just diversions from the ultimate crime.

Trillions of dollars, trillions of our money, of our tax money — the money that comes out of your paycheck every week of your working life, all the thousands upon thousands that have been taken away from you and your family and are supposed to fund our government and keep our society functioning — have been handed over to the economic elite, to the Llyod Blankfeins and Jamie Dimons of the world.

Hank Paulson and his confidant Tim Geitner, the Goldman Sachs wonder twins, have looted the US treasury. There has been an economic coup in the United States!

Trillions of our dollars have vanished! You need to understand this!

We have just witnessed the greatest theft of wealth in history, the greatest transfer of wealth from the working class to the economic elite ever. An organized banking cartel has seized the US treasury and they are making up the “laws” and the rules to this rigged game. The covert economy has grown at a staggering rate due to taxpayer-funded injections. As a result of this, economic shackles are just beginning to fall upon the American public like never before. 99% of our nation is now sentenced to a slow death.

Just as economic hit men have done to governments throughout the globe, they have gained complete control of the US government and have now shackled US citizens as well. The economic elite do not want to deal with “spoiled Americans” anymore, that’s how they see it. To them the middle class was always an annoying nuisance to be tolerated so the economy could keep functioning well enough to allow their scams to perpetuate. But once their scam known as the US stock market came crashing down, and they were threatened with losing their ultimate power, they turned to the US middle class and opened fire. “Enough with you, we are taking over your government and stealing your tax money!”

This is exactly what happened!

The economic elite are operating under the belief that the world is theirs, they own it, and to hell with everyone else. They also take the view that as the environment grows more destructive, they don’t want us around to compete for resources.

This is self-evident after some research into policy actions that have been carried out.

Recent investigations into the illegal practices of Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan have revealed the US economy and stock market to be a fraud. As more of the world becomes aware of this, the dollar will continue to plummet and the U.S. public will pay a devastating price – things are just beginning to unravel.

The US economy has been hit by a deathblow, it lay in ruins naked and exposed to “Too Big Too Fail” thieves who have raped and pillaged, who are looting public wealth in unprecedented fashion.

The economic elite are vultures feeding off the carcass that is the US economy. The whole political structure has been gutted by corruption. Democracy was the façade that this house of cards was built on – a pyramid scheme that was built on the illusion of law and freedom.

Historians will look back at this time as a period in which corrupt despots ruled the masses with utter short-sighted greed and casted an illusion over the base population to keep the scam rolling along, until the end of the American empire, until the public driven economy came crashing down in a thunderous economic cloud of greed and corruption.

The smoke is still in our eyes, but the masses are beginning to see, to realize.

V: National Emergency

Many middle class US citizens don’t realize all of this yet, I understand their lack of action and confusion because I have also been bred as a middle class American in the propaganda system known as the US mainstream media, but I’m writing this to let you know…

Our survival instinct has to quickly override our conditioned naiveté and passivity that has been bred into us. We are threatened as a country and a species at the same time.

We, as a nation, must overcome heavy doses of propaganda administered by the mainstream media for hours a day, every day of our existence. Shake off your conditioned naiveté and passivity. This is a brutal world we live in, and we are now at war…

The American dream state is over. It’s time to get real, time to sound the alarm.

I am of the sincere hope that we will be able to rise up as a counterweight to the economic elite. In the overall scheme of things, history has placed us in a pivotal position. We are a vital countervailing force to the economic elite and must immediately start exercising our rights of redress.

People throughout the world understand that the US middle class has to serve as a counterweight to an economic cartel that has brought humanity to a breaking point.
The economic elite also understand this, this is why they have launched a war on us.
Now that our existence is directly threatened as well, people are awaking from a propagandized existence and realizing the gravity of our crisis.
We must sound the alarm and discard our illusions.
It is time to evolve from a state of “Hope” to a state of “Action.”

We desperately need intelligent leadership, free from the shackles of the banking cartel.
We, as a nation, cannot continue to settle for the politics of corruption. We must begin by addressing the root cause of our troubles and hold accountable those directly responsible for the greatest theft of wealth in history.

We must flood the halls of Congress; we must engage our House of Representatives and begin to rein in the economic elite.

This Is A… NATIONAL EMERGENCY…

Economic justice is possible, it may be hard to believe here in the US, but a nation of law is still possible. It is possible only if YOU begin to act.

We are 99% of the population, they are only 1%.

The outcome is not assured; we must start organizing on a mass scale.
